About Yoga with Carl

Hi I’m Carl. I have been teaching yoga full time since 2020. I love working with groups visiting the Coachella valley that want to add yoga to their desert getaway experience. I absolutely love working with birthday and bachelorette parties. I also offer yoga for corporate retreats and business clients that want to invest in the health & wellness of their team. I love working with folks in specialized 1:1 yoga settings. Some of my older wiser clients love 1:1 because there are distractions that sometimes happen in public classes and we can work towards their goals more efficiently (balance, strength, flexibility etc) I specialize in a particular style of yoga called LYT Yoga Method that combines physical therapy, mobility and functional movement within a yoga sequence that’s welcome to all levels and all bodies.
