I’m a passionate and devoted yoga teacher with over 300 hours of teacher training from authentic Indian instructors and a lifelong connection to the yogic path. My mission is to share the light and wisdom of yoga our ancestors have bestowed upon us. — helping others find strength, balance, and self-discovery. In my classes, I meet students where they are, guiding them gently toward improved health, mindfulness, and inner clarity.”
