Our first appointment he canceled because "something came up" I understood, things happen. Then he text me back that he would be able to still come. Yancy needs to make sure of the language the customer speaks and accommodate that. I speak English and he did not speak or understand very well. So explaining what I wanted was almost impossible. He then called a young lady to interpret That was fine. also the person who could speak and understood English that was suppose to come with him couldn't make it. Let me say this what I did like about him is that he sent me a visual of the finished product and the look and measurements were spot on. That made me excited. He wanted to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and it was. On the first meeting we made an appointment for Saturday @9:00 am where Yancy and the friend suppose to come to kinda of go over everything including measurements. The day of the appointment I waited a half an hour after our appointment time to text him after not hearing from him. He responded "something came up" and his friend had another job to do. For me he is not reliable and I am concerned if I hired him "something may come up".
