I received a quote right away from Young again refinishing. The Front Desk followed up and they were able to schedule me almost immediately which I really needed. The work they did looked amazing and the bathtub and shower looked brand new afterwards.

I will start with this: ultimately my tub renovation was done well and it looks great. However, the experience and process was difficult. Ultimately, this was supposed to be a 1-day 6 hour job. It took about 18 hours, across four days, including a full day Saturday and partly on a Sunday. When the job was done, I politely messaged the owner, detailing my experience, and requesting that he would consider offering me some money back. No response. Then I messaged one last time to say “Even if the answer is no, it still would be nice to have my message acknowledged…I would appreciate the courtesy of a response.” No response. I hate to think what if the job went wrong, and then the contractor disappeared. I would proceed with caution.
Service was provided as requested and made the tub clean as new.
I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to refinish your bath tub. Mine was peeling up a lot and this team was responsive and gave me a reasonable quote. The day of they were in and out in about 4 hours and the bathroom was as clean as they started. They also give you after care instructions to help keep your tub looking new for years to come!
