Brenten was professional and responsive as well. He assessed the situation with the high pitched sounds during toilet flushing. He changed the parts on the toilet. I also decided to change a faucet to a bathroom basin. He returned the next day with a new fixture, and made the change. The faucet change was not part of the original request.
Brenton and Matt did an amazing job! After calling several companies to update the toilets around the house, they provided the clearest and most professional approach. They have clearly been doing this for many years and are masters of their craft. I cannot recommend them enough! You will not be disappointed!

Was a bit confused but still paid the 150. The other fellow came out, Rylan was his name. I had sent photos of where we found leak yard and he said he can come look. Rylan was very nice but I dont think he was very transparent that I would be charged $150 for him to look at leak and drain the little remaining water in irrigation pipe. (I could have done that). So he talked story, in very friendly manner, abouthow other plumbers would charge like $350 to locate leak but they charge only 150. And even though he did not find leak except by pulling some duck tape off pipe my husband said he put on to slow the flow, well the 150 seemed rather steep. I know it costs time and money just to look see soi was (in my head) willing to pay 50 or 75 since he was soo nice Just saying. Ask them first be6they come out what is charge to come out regardless (most independent plumbers charge $50 to $75) and what is their charge for finding a leak And they said they do not have hourly rate but they bid the job. I had a great experience with Young’s Plumbing! Brendan came out to clear a very stubborn slow drain, and he handled the tough job with skill and determination. He also replaced my toilet handle and flapper, and everything is working perfectly now. Brendan was quick to respond, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. I have never written a review before but Brenton is deserving of one! We had a leaky toilet a week ago. Heard about Thumbtack and decided to give it a try. Brenton did not disappoint! He was at our house and had the repair done in little over an hour. We will definitely be referring our friends and family to Young’s Plumbing. Thank you Brenton!!

Brenton, was expertly efficient. He was able to handle a problematic bidet installation along w/ a new toilet in an area where there was not alot of room or space to work in. His professional demeanor was top notch and he was able to get the job done in a rapid manner. He double and triple checked all the lines to ensure that there was no leaks.
