If you want a company that actually responds when you reach out, and is ready to schedule you (so you can move on to the next thing), Your Chimney Doctors is the one. I requested a service call/inspection of our gas fireplace which wasn't igniting (we had just moved in and have a ton of things going on around the house). They scheduled me within a day and came out. Were in and out in 30 min for just the inspection fee. He inspected the entire unit and determined it was simply a loose wire in the wall switch. He fixed that and we were golden!
Had my chimney inspected and they were punctual, professional, super helpful & I’m very pleased! Gave me an honest assessment, explained everything thoroughly- highly recommend!!
Very professional and efficient. Also very pleasant and easy to work with. I recommend them highly.
They were great ! Very knowledgeable and professional.
I got my Chimney tucked and he did a great job. He worked quickly, efficiently and left the work area clean. I would definitely use them again. Also, thank you to Wanda for being so flexible and friendly on getting started! Good peeps!
Communications were excellent and timely and much better than her competition. Todd, who did the work to our 2 chimneys did the work in a safe manner on a very steep roof plus it looks professional. Thanks!
Very responsive, good people. I found them a pleasure to work with and came up with great affordable solutions for my repair.
I was very pleased with The Chimney Doctors. We had a leak that the roofer told us must be coming from the chimney. The Chimney Drs. came out, inspected our chimney, and showed us various pictures showing our problem areas. We agreed to the work recommended. We've had rain since then but no major storm. We haven't had any additional issues.
They had my issue fixed in no time. I will be using them again in the Fall when I have more fireplace work.
Great work!
