He said he would do the job when he arrived, but then he said it’s too cold outside. Which isn’t very false. Then, he said the integrity of my drywall is too weak, and that it needs to be fully replaced. But, then he said he’ll come back in 2 or 3 weeks to do the job. Which is odd. Because, if my drywall is so weak, then there is no way it could withstand another week let alone 2-3 weeks. In my opinion, I don’t think he knows how to reinforce ceiling drywall. Or, maybe the job was more than he can handle. However, I did send him 3 photos. Oh well.

What. great experience I had when I contacted Joe Stapleton to replace two bi-fold doors in my bedroom. I originally contacted Lowes to purchase and install the doors in my bedroom, however, when the quote of $695 was presented to me I thought otherwise and reached to Thumbtack and Joe. From my first contact Joe responded quickly, set up a date and time to look at my project, arrived on time, explained what would need to be done and how must it would cost, $150 to install two doors. He also noticed I had another bi-fold door that needed to be replaced and let me know he could include this in the $150 price. Once my doors were delivered from Lowes's I contacted Joe, we set up a date and time for him, however that date had to be rescheduled not because of Joe but because it had snowed and the roads were to slippery. A few days later on a Sunday, Joe arrived and installed my new doors which look lovely. It took him about an hour, he brought his own tools, and left the area were he was working neat and tidy. I would recommend Joe to everyone, he also does all repairs with the exception of HVAC. I look to have him return soon to replace a ceiling fan in my dining room with a ceiling light!

The inspector was professional and highly communicative throughout the process. He arrived exactly on schedule and conducted a very thorough assessment. I especially appreciated him taking the time to walk me through the property and explain his findings in detail.
