Extremely knowledgeable about the hardware and software issues. Resolved my issue quickly. Gave me insight into future potential issues.
Andy is a really nice guy and absolutely knows what he’s doing. He got my Desktop up and running in no time. Would 100% recommend.
Great job setting up work station
Your PC Surgeon did a phenomenal job. Diagnosed the issue, found the solution very quickly. And within two days my computer was good as new (even better). Went above and beyond expectations. Would recommend 100% for any computer needs. Replaced GPU, Power supply, SSD, improved the cooling system and put it back together with great cable management.
Andy did a great job diagnosing my PC and figuring out what the problem was. Responded extremely fast and new exactly what he was talking about.
Great Job. quick analysis. After product is great. Very quick. Cable managed, troubleshooting, fixed case fans. Very smart. I would recommend.
Very nice to me and explained everything in complete detail. Thanks to you I was able to fix my pc from when it wouldnt turn on! :)
Andy is a true professional and genius, I had an older workstation more like a server computer that would turn on and off in a infinite loop. He was able to quickly troubleshoot and fix the problem now my home server is back up and running. In addition to fixing the problem quickly, he also explain to me what had occurred to cause the problem and what he charge me was fair and reasonable. Thank you for fixing my beast of a computer …
He was technically excellent with fantastic customer focus. He even helped us on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day when we couldn’t get our son’s Christmas present to work. It is a bespoke gaming PC. He provided excellent advise and support to us. We were well cared for and he very much put our son at the center - knowing how important this was to our boy to get it working. A fabulous experience and so we highly rate him! Thanks again.
He was the first to respond and I was in a hurry. It turned out that he was also the right one for me. He was easy to understand, knew exactly what I wanted and took care of it. He will be my go to from now on for any computer issues. I highly recommend him.
