You’ve Got Maids did a phenomenal job with my move out cleaning. From the moment I contacted them up until they completed the task, they were extremely responsive and helpful. The tenants were very pleased with the job and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning service.
Communication was great, reasonable pricing, punctual, and was pleased with the quality of work. I am a real estate agent and so I will definitely be using them again.
Although the company was responsive, they didn’t do what I expected in a move-out clean. When I pointed out missed areas (ceiling fans weren’t dusted, some blinds weren’t dusted, one toilet wasn’t cleaned, faucets weren’t cleaned, kitchen/pantry floor were dirty, fridge wasn’t wiped out), they came back out to correct the problems. However, they still skipped the fridge wipe out, toilet, and faucets. I ended up doing them myself.
They did a poor job. It looks like they didn’t sweep or mop or dust the living room. The second crew to redo what the first crew missed are late. My husband came home and saw the same smudge that was there before they came and asked if they came. Counters looked poorly wiped down.
The team was able to schedule quickly but overall I was not impressed with their service or professionalism. There was a targeted arrival window and the team was late. I received no communication that they would be behind at all. I even contacted them earlier in the day to check in and received no response. About 30 minutes after the targeted window I decided to cancel via Thumbtack. However, they still showed up. The team did not remove their shoes and climbed on counters with their shoes on. They recklessly cleaned, knocking items on the ground. One of my items in the bathroom was broken (noticed after they left). They were also very very loud and continued interrupting me after I explained that I was in a video conference several times. I called the two ladies back in when they attempted to leave because there was still a huge pile of dust left on the floor. They said they didn’t clean it because their boss didn’t tell them to. Afterward, I noticed the broken item (which no one even bothered to mention, not expensive but would’ve been nice to know), fridge shelves were still dirty (I wiped them before I could take a picture), the shower head still looked dirty, and the hall mirror dirty. Overall not pleased.I will not use this company again
