The messenger for YP is truly horrendous. They could not properly give Yolanda directions to get to my place. They arrived an hour late and still could not figure out how to drive into a garage to access an elevator. They cancelled and told me I wasted their time. Somehow it became my fault for them not being able to follow simple directions after being an hour late. Complete waste of my time. Aside from absolutely horrendous communication, the cleaning service is only about a 3/5. They are extremely quick and cut corners. I would use them in a pinch if you don't have any sort of schedule to maintain and don't care about a great job.

I booked a move out cleaning and it was quick but I noticed they didn’t pay much attention. They didn’t clean the oven. Sweep in the kitchen or wipe down appliances. So now, I have to go back and do it. They didn’t clean take everything off of my balcony though so that was nice. :)
I will say overall they did a good job with communication and punctuality but definitely wouldn’t book again. I had to clean up things they didn’t thoroughly get to and maybe I’m particular but I have worked with professional cleaners before and they have left those areas in the bathroom in a better condition, especially with a deep clean. I will say the grout was beyond their control and I do understand that but there were areas I was able to take care of myself which is what I paid for so that defeated the purpose of getting outside help that I needed.
The YP house cleaning team has been incredible. They’re punctual, respond quickly, and always do a wonderful and thorough job despite the chaos that is my house. They’ve been kind, respectful, and flexible each time, and understanding of the scattered toys and pets in my home. I would 100% recommend!
Yolanda and her team did a phenomenal job! Will for sure be letting everyone I know about her and her quality work.

They were on time and friendly and overall our place looked pretty clean. I will say some attention to detail was clearly missed: dishes left out, our pans were shoved into the dishwasher and some trash bins had bags in them and some did not. Our bathrooms/ floors look great but some things did feel rushed for the price point
