We couldn’t figure out why our hvac was sending power to the thermostat leaving us without heat as the weather turned cold. He was able to schedule a visit the next day and not only figured it out and fixed it quickly. Also identified something that was about to go wrong in our HVAC and walked me through how to fix that issue and in a cost effective way.
