Showed up on time. Performed the work well, and price was reasonable.
Yu Electric was very easy to work with. We scheduled for the next day and he showed up on time. He was able to fix my issue quickly and the solution cost less than originally thought. He also gave me tips for other lighting areas in my house. I would work with him again!
Raymond replied to my first inquiry within minutes, the communication was smooth. Professional advice and extra options were provided trying to fix light fixture problem which bothers us for a long time, Mr. Yu was punctuated and even came early! We ended up replacing with an extra new LED light in another room! I'd highly recommend Mr. Yu and Raymond because of their responsiveness, effectiveness, and professional service!
Our technician Mr. Yu showed up on time as scheduled & evaluated the situation immediately! Repair was completed within an hour +. Very professional & highly recommended if you need your repair done ASAP! 5 ⭐️’s absolutely! Thanks much!
Mr. Yu was wonderful to work with and so was his team of people who schedule for him. He was right on time and he worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.
One of my outlets wasn't working so I reached out to Mr. Yu. He knew immediately what the problem was and presented various options to resolve it. I also asked him about my vanity light fixture. He taught me what needed to be done and said I could do it myself which I did while he was working on the outlet. He was very honest. Told me what should be done vs what could be done not pushing me either way. Hope I don't have any other electrical problems but I'll definitely call him again
Yu Electric was excellent. Very thoughtful review of my issues, fixing what actually needed to be fixed, friendly and fair priced. They are pros!
This small family business was fantastic to work with. Fast, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Their prices were also very fair. I’ll definitely use them again for electrical work.
I couldn't recommend Yu Electric more! One of my outdoor outlets stopped working and Yu arrived same afternoon, diagnosed the issue quickly, and replaced it with a new part on the spot. He even observed that my doorbell wasn't working and was kind enough to fix it. Hoping to get him to install a more modern doorbell system soon! Thanks, Yu and Raymond!
