About Yuba Sutter Bed Bug
Hi, I’m Jessy, the owner and Lead Inspector at Yuba Sutter Bed Bug. As a local, family-run business, my primary specialty is high-level bed bug elimination and full-scale rodent exclusion. When you reach out to us, you get my wife Liz handling the logistics, and you get me personally showing up to your door with over a decade of industry experience to do the actual work. For bed bugs, my main focus is on cutting-edge Aprehend biological treatments. It is a highly effective, non-invasive solution that targets the problem without requiring you to turn your home upside down with exhausting prep work. (I also provide intensive thermal heat remediation for specialized cases). While my core focus is bed bugs and rodents, I sometimes show up for a bed bug inspection and find out the culprit is actually fleas! Because of this, I also offer specialized treatments for fleas, roach infestations, and wasp removals. For roaches and fleas, I use a thorough, multi-visit approach with specialized products to completely break the bug's life cycle. I believe in keeping things simple, honest, and local. That’s why we operate on a strict "pay-as-you-need-us" policy. You get exactly the service you need, and you will never be pressured into signing a sneaky, one-year recurring contract. Because I personally handle every inspection and treatment from start to finish, I know the job is done right. I stand firmly behind my work: all bed bug treatments are backed by a 6-month warranty, rodent exclusions come with a full 1-year warranty, and cockroach/flea treatments as well as wasps removal and treatment are backed by a 90-day warranty. We proudly offer discounts for seniors, veterans, and first responders with proof of eligibility.

“I couldnt be happier with the service from Yuba Sutter Bed Bug! I had a bed bug issue at a few rental properties in the Yuba-Sutter area, and Jessy responded quickly, performed a thorough inspection, and got the problem taken care of in a safe, timely, and professional manner.Throughout the entire process, he was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was being done and what to expect. His expertise really speaks for itself, and it gave me confidence that the job was being handled correctly the first time. The pricing was very fair, the communication was excellent, and the results exceeded my expectations. If youre dealing with bed bugs and want someone who truly knows what theyre doing, I highly recommend Yuba Sutter Bed Bug. Ill absolutely be using Jessy again if I ever need his services in the future.”
