As Airbnb owners who live out of state, it is very important to us that our guests have the best experience when staying at our home. When there is an issue, we want to have it resolved as quick and as professionally as possible. Yumi’s was our answer when our front door lock broke upon a guest’s arrival. Even though it was Saturday, Yumi’s responded quickly, communicated timely, and was very professional. He got there in a timely fashion and got the job done quickly. He even sent me a video showing me the finished product and the door functioning properly. I don’t hesitate to recommend Yumi’s and will definitely use them again in the future.

Yumi services is excellent. I love the work he did on my desk. He even got rid of the furniture I did not need anymore. I would definitely hire again. Just really impressed with his professionalism and work.

Very pleased with the work done. Extra effort went into cleaning my windows. The young men worked very hard to do a good job.

Yumi professionally installed a new front porch light for me when the previous one had been haphazardly installed and was no longer working and hanging out of the wall. The job required drilling through brick, and he showed up well-prepared. I found Yumi to be very responsive and communicative without being pushy like many of the other contractors who had reached out to me on Thumbtack with bids. My schedule (not his) did not allow him to come out to do the job for about two weeks after I accepted his bid, and he remained in touch and eventually came out promptly on the exact day/time we had agreed on. His communication was excellent, which is a big thing I’ve struggled with when hiring other contractors. I will hire Yumi again for other handyman jobs and I now recommend him to my friends.

I saw several excellent reviews. I called Yumi and explained we had something come up and we needed help today. Yumi indicated he could arrive at my location at a time that was convenient for me. He arrived on time - he was very polite plus very professionally covered his responsibility. I agreed to the price which I thought was very fair especially since I had pushed for him to come today. I observed his work and was very impressed - I highly recommend you give Yumi a call - he does other types of work other than just windows - very likely person - I appreciated his help! Jerry King * unable to show finished work because it’s dark - rest assured they are clean and beautiful - Thanks Yumi

I had a family member get sick in my car. Yumi came and detailed my car. He used a steam cleaner on the area in question. He used a bio hazard car protection product on the area. After detailing the inside he released a great smelling scent in the car. I just had him do an exterior wash. The car looked wonderful afterwards. But the real test was the next day after it sat in the heat and you could get in the car and there was no smell of sickness. I was so happy as I was ready to get rid of the car. Yumi saved me from having to do that. He was very affordable and even offered a senior discount.

Yumi came out the next day following my post. It was a miserable hot afternoon but it did not slow him down. He went right to work cleaning both inside and outside windows which were extremely difficult to reach. He did not stop until we were completely satisfied. Can’t recommend him enough. He was meticulously in his work. I only wish we had taken before and after. We will be using Yumi in the future for sure!
