He did not complete the electrical outlets work! He left my downstairs bathroom lights and front door lights inside and outside are off. A true electrician would have made sure all the lights downstairs are working. How unintelligent are you to leave customers lights not working! I am requesting a full refund so I can pay a professional electrician to do the job right! Thank you!
