Reviews
YZPro lived up to the reputation given by all the other reviewers. Sergei was professionally accurate with his evaluation of the situation, and kind, which I think is important when dealing with older people. I felt I was in good hands. YZPro is also extremely fair with pricing. I’ll be using them for all my appliance repair from now on out. Thank you Thumbtack for finding them for me!
YZ PRO did excellent work! Fixed our washing machine leaking problem in record time and very knowledgeable about LG. He was on time and very efficient! Will call again for our next repair!
They came right away but wasn't sure what the problem was. When he left, he said that in 4 or 5 hours the temperature in the refrigerator would return to normal. It never did. So I paid their fee to come out, and still no working refrigerator so everything in it is spoiling. They sent me a price quote to fix it, but I'm not interested in doing more business with this company. We'll look for a new refrigerator.
He knew his business and was able to answer all my questions and help me make a decision.
Washing machine was acting up. The locking mechanism somehow broke and needed help immediately. Messaged YZ Pro. Very fast response and availability was quick. Eugene came by the next day and quickly examined my washing machine, left to buy the part it needed and come back and fixed it that same day! Hands down the best! Will definitely keep these guys in mind if I ever require their services. Service was affordable as well!
This is our second time utilizing them. Both times the turnaround from making contact to scheduling and getting the me work done was fairly quick. They are true professionals and I would recommend them and hire them again.
They were able to recognize the problem, and returned the next day with the part and replaced it quickly.
I messaged late on a Saturday evening for a quote and early Sunday morning a response back and offering to schedule an appointment for that same day. The tech was in and out. He also explained every step to up and the cost upfront once figured out what the problem was. I’d definitely recommend and utilize their company again.
Broke my dishwashing brush and did not tell me about it
