I found Jason at Z Plumberz through Thumbtack. He was super quick to respond, and while he wasn't the cheapest quote I received (I got 4), I went with him because he was knowledgeable, skilled and confident. He made suggestions the other folks did not. He also didn't charge a fee to come out to quote the project (none of the Thumbtack companies did). I'd called another plumbing company and he wanted $275 to come out to quote the job (credited if I chose them). Uhh, no thank you. Once I approved the job, Jason came out the next day and performed the work. It was a big job, but he did a great job. He was even able to route the pipes so we'd be able to maximize the space available in our storage room, which was muck appreciated. We now have hot water on demand, with no more than a few seconds to wait for it to be available at the tap (due to the built-in recirculating pump). I would highly recommend Jason for any plumbing needs.
ZPlummerz was great to work with. They came out on time, they were really helpful and professional, and looked at a couple of other things that I had questions about. I would totally use them again.

The solution was easy but it was the level of service and the team at Z that made the difference. I work all hours being in hospitality. So I got home, wife explained an issue, I have been using this app for all my needs I can’t figure out, and within 5 mins of requesting quotes I got a phone call by Jacob, I believe his name was. It was 8:30 at night, he knew I was up looking for solutions, and it’s that kind of service of getting it done that makes the difference. He was able to have someone come out the very next morning. Nolan, was on site, and maybe it’s just me, but asking for help isn’t my strong suit and Nolan was great. He is good with Dogs and my border collie was the calmest I’ve ever seen her with a new person in the house. That meant a lot too. He got it solved quickly, and I made it to work on time! Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. I’ll continue to use them going forward.
