Good clean work little expensive. One thing he is very honest.
Fence got hit by a large limb. They came out in the rain and took care of immediately... Extremely impressed.
Mahboo was incredible. He responded extremely quickly, did the work the next day, was affordable, and even fixed a couple other minor things for free. I will absolutely be rehiring him. Thank you!
Had a deck repair job to fix a joist. Super responsive, came out same day and had the issue resolved quickly. So happy to have connected and will definitely work with again!
Zaak Constructions did an awesome job. He showed up in the rain on time to repair our siding. As he was preparing his tools a thunderstorm began. He did not want us to endure water damage due to the heavy rain fall, so he climb the ladder in the rain to repair the siding. He is truly a professional and dedicated person. I would recommend his services to anyone.
Highly recommend. Extremely responsive and able to address my staining needs the same day. Very knowledgeable and fair pricing.
I cannot recommend Zaak Construction highly enough! We discovered that our deck was completely misaligned, which was a huge safety and structural concern. Zaak stepped in and handled the entire repair perfectly. From our very first meeting, his professionalism stood out. He arrived exactly on time, carefully assessed the alignment issues, and clearly explained the required fixes and pricing without any hidden surprises. The repair itself was flawless. He leveled and squared the structure beautifully, making the deck look brand new and incredibly sturdy. Throughout the project, he was respectful of our property, kept the workspace clean, and finished the job right on schedule. If you need a reliable, skilled, and professional contractor, look no further!
I hired them to seal and stain my brand-new deck. It came out horribly. Splotchy, uneven application. Show print in the stain. When I asked them to come fix it, they decided that would be the time to tell me that for a new deck, sealing and staining should be done separately. So they didn't fix it. They should have said this BEFORE they started the work. I do not recommend!
Responded immediately to posting, came to the residence to inspect the requested repairs and was able to immediately begin work and finished quickly. Greatly appreciate the quick turnaround.
