We planned a 70th birthday week long getaway for my wife Marjorie her children from New York and friends from Miami here in Raleigh. To top it off we scheduled a dinner for everyone to celebrate. While checking Thumbtack, found a lovely website " Zacki's Culinary Creations " Zacki and her assistant Gigi came on the date and at the appointed time. We had picked from a myriad of menu options a meal that gave everyone what they loved. Zacki and GiGi prepared everything to perfection ! Pre dinner drinks, appetizers, and a wonderful meal, and afterward a fantastic,made from scratch, chocolate desert. Zacki and GiGi were delightful, professional, and fun. They felt like family too by the time it was over. We all felt we received much more than a birthday dinner. It will remain an Event we'll remember for a lifetime.

We hired Chef Zacki for an employee anniversary lunch that celebrated 4 people on our team. Chef Z was very responsive from the start and was super easy to work with. We are in an office with limited kitchen equipment, and she was able to maneuver that while also being flexible with our numerous silly requests (ex: see one of our staff members wearing a fake mustache). Our team had so much fun with her and the food was AMAZING. I would highly recommend hiring her for any occasion - she can do it all!

I came to Zacki with no prior cooking experience. When I left, I had prepared a stuffed baked chicken, with vegetables, and cranberry sauce from scratch. Not bad, and it was pretty good. I feared on it last night. My next class will be pot roast.
Chef Zacki worked with me through several changes to get to a final menu that accommodated all the various likes and dislikes of 13 guests... - no small feat! The meal was enjoyed immensely by all who attended. The variety and quality of the appetizers were particularly impressive. The Coq au Vin w/wide noodles entree was delicious and filling. ...And everyone loved the dessert - not a crumb was left behind, despite the generous portions of entree everyone had just consumed.
We loved our dinner with Zacki. Her food was amazing and she was great to talk to. She was very responsive in the planning stages and we came up with the best meal for my mother in laws birthday. It made for a great night that we will never forget!
We are still overly enthusiastic about the culinary presentation Zacki gave to our group. Learning more about the history of the living environment of Jesus and his followers were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Topping it with a delightful taste of the food of that time also created great interest and enlightening knowledge. Thank you for your expertise from Culinary Creations. Zacki has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is giving my wife private cooking lessons and doing an absolutely amazing job. My wife always has fun and is learning great cooking techniques and easy to replicate dishes.
I had a great time. I love the hands-on experience. It was fun! I enjoyed it. Can't wait for my next baking lesson with Zacki. We made the upside down cake, apple empanadas, and tres leches.
Zacki was absolutely wonderful! She was so knowledgeable and fun to learn Ancient Mediterranean from. My partner asked if she could "spice up" our Valentines Day plans with a private cooking lesson (on somewhat short notice-I'm so thankful she was able to schedule us in!) and it ended up being one of the best surprises I've ever had. I was a little in shock the entire time, overwhelmed with how awesome the entire experience was. Absolutely worth it. I would love to do more cooking lessons with Zacki. She totally got me hooked on cooking Mediterranean now - I've fixed up my own versions of it a few times since then. And the food was *AMAZING*!!!
