Watch your wallet! Received a $150 estimate in Thumbtack, including everything—assemble furniture and take old furniture away. He bills me for over $400! I’m in a bind, am out of town, and need a new refrigerator picked up and delivered, while disposing of the old one as there are friends/guests staying in our place. I fully realize this could be expensive given the “emergency” situation. He charges us North of $500 (more than the new refrigerator itself)! Then come to find out, it was never leveled properly. Zack tells me for him to come and fix it, he’ll have to charge me for his time/gas/mileage for a job that was never done properly in the first place! So much for customer comes first.
Zack does excellent work, is communicative and responsive. I will not hesitate to call on him again when needed.
I needed help finishing a long distance move. I reached out to Zack on extremely short notice, and shared detail on the help needed. Zack responded promptly, gave me a fair quote and committed to be there on the date requested. Not only did he show up on the date requested he was there first thing in the morning and quickly completed the tasks with quality. We definitely will refer others to Zack who need help.

Zack and his team were awesome! They ended up unpacking a poorly packed U-Haul mostly to the side of the storage unit and then packed the storage unit professionally, where I can get to most of the contents I will hire him again for my next move.
Zack did a fantastic job. I trusted him so much that when I relocated out of state, I gave him the key to my storage so he could complete my move at the end of October. Thanks, Zack. Your help was invaluable.
Zack responded quickly to our request, he kept us informed at all times regarding the quote, work schedule etc. What I really liked is he researched the bushes and trees planted to make sure they were trimmed at the right time.

We paid for a moveout/deep clean but got a superficial clean. The blinds, freezer, sockets, walls, light switches, top of all appliances, pantry were not cleaned, etc. Plus, the latch for the oven's self clean was broken and no one told us. We found all this out the day we returned the keys to our former apartment and were extremely disappointed especially after paying almost $500 for this service. When we contacted Zack he gave us his cleaning ladies phone number but it's not my job to speak to them, it's his since he hired them. We asked for a refund but haven't received any contact about that. Very disappointed and will not use his company again.
The two men were very courteous, informative and knew exactly what they were doing.
Zack arrived on time and assembled the items I hired him to do. His work was excellent and I will definitely call upon him again.
