Did the job and removed other runners to keep from having to do more repairs later
Installed a wooden crawlspace door for us at a reasonable price! Professional, efficient and high quality end product.
Absolutely Amazing Experience! I couldn’t be happier with Zaid Construction LLC! From start to finish, they did everything exactly as promised. They fixed my porch on the day they said they would, completed the work in exactly the amount of time they quoted, and the final cost was exactly what they told me it would be—no surprises at all! The work itself was excellent, and they were professional, reliable, and easy to work with. What impressed me most was that they actually did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. That kind of honesty and reliability is hard to find! They also did a great job cleaning up afterward and left everything neat and tidy. I highly recommend Zaid Construction LLC to anyone looking for quality work and a contractor they can truly depend on. I would not hesitate to hire them again!
Highest recommendation for Zaid Construction, LLC. Zaid and his team replaced our 900 sq ft deck, and the result is spectacular. The quote was reasonable; Zaid found promotion on Trex material and passed the savings along to us as consumers. Workmanship is beyond reproach. Upon discovering issues outside the original scope of the quote, Zaid simply addressed the issues without inflating the quote price or project timeline. We couldn’t be happier with our interactions with Zaid and team, nor with the result of their work. Fast, skilled, and reasonably priced!

Fantastic experience! On time, worked hard and everything was great
His quote for the job was ideal; he was punctual; he delivered high quality work and did all that I asked. He is my go-to guy for future work.
This was a very good experience. His quote was reasonable and professionally done. We communicated well and the job was done on a timely basis. He and his guys repaired my Hardy Board siding, they power washed the entire exterior and then painted the entire exterior. It all looks great and we will certainly use him on any future jobs.
Zaid Construction did an excellent job repairing my siding. Professional, showed up on time and completed the job, they cleaned up like they weren’t even there I highly recommend using Zaid Construction. I definitely will be using them again for other projects.
