I worked with Ryan for 7 sessions. I was filled with self-doubt and negative self talk about my entering a new path in my life and embarking on a new career. Ryan guided me on how to overcome the self-doubt and steer clear of the negative self talk. He also helped me realize that the skills and traits I have do align with my new career of becoming a therapist. He is great at what he does and really values his clients! I would recommend him for anyone that is looking for a coach. It was a pleasure to work with him!
