We are not a volume caterer and we are rarely the least expensive option in any search. What we offer is a team that understands security protocols, NDAs, and dietary and cultural requirements at the state dinner level, with service staff trained for rooms where the guest list itself is confidential. Every menu is built from scratch for the event, and no alcohol or pork is ever served, which our clientele counts on. If you are planning an occasion where the standard cannot slip, even once, we should talk. If you are comparing quotes for an affordable option, we are likely not the right fit, and we say that with respect for your time and ours.
