Thank you for great work
Fixed the AC quickly and did maintenance check
The service technician Miguel was excellent. He was thorough, transparent, and communicative. Unfortunately, his boss Robbie did not pass the smell check. He was at my home, never called me to give an ETA, never got out to ring the door bell, and communicated that he could not reach me although I had no missed calls and his technician was able to reach me without issue. He approved accepting my payment for a diagnostic the day prior but refused to provide me with one upon his return. He returned only to gather specs and I get the feeling that ZenAir is more in the business of taking your money for a service call and then recommending a new unit. It's the equivalent of going to a mechanic for a diagnostic check and being sold a new vehicle without justification of what is wrong with the vehicle you have. I would not recommend them.
