This company was one of the best contractors we’ve ever had, in every respect. Came exactly when promised. Very courteous and respectful of our home. Knew exactly what to do, how to do it, and the results are fantastic. We can’t recommend him highly enough. Absolutely the best at what he does.

Holland came quickly to make an estimate on our project and was able to do the work as soon as we were ready. We love the final result! Our job was a fireplace tile surround, but we would consider him for absolutely any tile work.
Holland did a fantastic job installing the backsplash in my kitchen. He helped me figure out how material to buy, showed up exactly when he said he would, and completed the project to a high standard in the time that he said it would take. Great communication throughout the process. A lovely person to work with. And I’m so happy with the final result!
The work speaks for itself. Looks incredible and done ahead of schedule. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
I found Zena's Custom through Thumbtack after a previous contractor no-showed in the middle of my bathroom remodel. Holland responded quickly and even came out the same day to review the project. He began work immediately and went above and beyond by performing a water test on the work done by the previous contractors to ensure everything was sound. Throughout the project, Holland worked diligently with the utmost care and precision. He was very informative, explaining each step of the process so I always felt confident in the progress. The final result is absolutely marvelous—better than I could have imagined. I’m so glad I found Zena's Custom and I highly recommend them for all your tiling projects.
Holland is extremely professional and the finished project turned out better than we could have hoped! Holland was upfront and transparent with regards to pricing and worked with us to keep things within budget. He was respectful and careful going in and out of the house and never left a mess. He went above and beyond on our project, including having to do an unanticipated individual lay of a complex tile design. Holland was extremely helpful in identifying and fixing other problems that came up during the course of the project and brought in partners for electric and plumbing that we hope to continue using moving forward. We can’t wait to hire him again!
The app did not allow me to select all the areas in where the professional has excellence. This professional had all the areas of excellence. Great job, Holland. I would recommend him to anyone.
I had some tiles repaired in my shower; Holland was very professional, came on time and did a very clean job. Did not leave a mess and was accommodating to my busy work schedule. I will definitely use him again for any tile work I need. He is also very honest and reasonable with his prices. A great person to work with
Holland did a backsplash for our kitchen and it looks fantastic, but he also helped me create a trim for an area that did not look good. Super professional throughout the process and looking forward to do more work with him in the future.
Great experience with fixing our ceiling issue. We will definitely use them again in the figure.
