Movers from hell. Avoid. I hired this company to move three high-end induction ranges (approximately $2,200 each) from an appliance store to my home. Before the move, I specifically requested that the crew bring enough tie-down straps to transport the appliances safely. They arrived without any straps. The appliance store asked them to wait while I brought straps, but they left anyway and transported the first two ranges unsecured. During the move, the ranges were tumbled up our exterior concrete stairs and through my home, resulting in bent legs, bent electrical plug prongs, damaged handles, crushed rear panels, scratched control knobs, and damage to my walls. I documented the damage with photographs while the move was still in progress and sent them to the company immediately. I stopped them and ask them to leave before they got to damage the third range. The company acknowledged that some of the damage occurred during the move, including bent plug prongs and other issues. After the appliances were installed, one range would not operate and another required repairs. I obtained a written statement from the appliance retailer confirming that both units had been fully tested and were operating correctly before pickup, along with a repair estimate documenting the damage, but they still refused to take responsibility. I attempted to resolve the matter directly before posting this review. The company offered to waive the remaining balance for the move but refused to reimburse the documented repair costs. I cannot recommend this company for moving high-value or delicate items.
Very responsive and I believe the work would have be completed but I did have to use another handyman. I could not justify 800+ dollars to change out a window air conditioner
ZenHome quickly responded to my project proposal and was very professional working with us to establish a quote. However, there was little to no flexibility in the initial quote, and they provided no opportunity to further discuss project scope or requirements. I recommend them, however keep this in mind.
We needed a last minute help to pass health inspection. Freddy sent his crew to fix the issues in our store. A job well done. They are professionals, punctual and doing great work. Definitely recommended.
Called me to get information for a project I needed help with told me they give me a quote the next day I sent them whatever they asked for and I’ve heard nothing from them since. Reached out via text and it’s been silence. No longer interested.

They installed a bedroom door that had previously been removed. They did a fine job. The door had to be planed as a new floor had been laid since the door was removed. Would hire again.
There were 3 tasks to do. Handyman arrived on time, got to work, solved the problems, accomplished the tasks and cleaned up. Nice fellow. Efficient.
Quoted me a price and I paid up front. Then they decided that they could not do the work unless they charged me double. Then they told that the scope wasn't accurate, but it was in the quote I accepted and paid for. Their tech had no idea that my house was 2-story, even though that was in the original information I sent. Would not recommend this bait and switch.
