He quickly took care of the clogged sewer line.
Juan was very responsive and easy to work with. He got my tricky shower cartridge swapped out and replaced quickly and did a quality job.
It was great working with Zenith Home Services. I appreciate them taking care of the kitchen sink quickly. We are happy with their service and would recommend them.
Zenith was great. They responded quickly and worked with my schedule. Juan came in the window he promised and fixed the issue. I would call them again.
Juan was great and was able to replace my disposal day of. Super nice and did a great job.
Juan and Adam were excellent to work with - very professional. They were able to come out quickly on a Sunday for an estimate and were able to fix my sink same-day. I appreciate the reasonable price as well.
Came quickly when I needed someone. Would definitely hire again.
Great work. Worked with my landlord and came out right away.
some other plumbers said they would need to open up my whole shower and I would have to then figure out the drywall and tile. but zenith figured out how to create a smaller opening that they could work in, that they could cover with a plate to enable access for the future. not only were they the most affordable bid, but they were also the fastest and made the additional work for me the least.
We had this group come out and give us a quote. It had blatant bloat in it - 1,000 for 2 toilets not including labor for example. The hot water heater was also double the price. When I asked if they were placeholders and if they made a mistake they never responded. I lost a ton of time waiting on them to do the right thing.
I hired Zenith Home Services to fix an active shower leak dripping into my basement. Overall, the structural quality of the repair is excellent, but the scheduling and cleanup could have been handled better. From the beginning, I specifically requested a Friday start date because it was a 3-day job. I needed the shower fully functional by Monday so I could use it after work. However, they only showed up on Friday to collect my upfront payment, informing me they wouldn't actually start demolition until Saturday morning. Because of that delay—and the discovery of some bad drywall behind the wall tiles—the timeline pushed out. It is now Tuesday, and they have recommended I wait until Wednesday to use the shower to be safe. Missing my shower for the start of the workweek was a major inconvenience. That being said, their actual communication regarding the structural issues was great. When they found the compromised non-waterproof drywall behind the lower tiles, they paused and explained the issue immediately. They charged a very fair $1,200 change order to cut away the bad substrate, install proper waterproof backer board, and run a second row of wall tiles to tie the whole system together seamlessly. The extra work was absolutely necessary to stop the leak for good, and the final result looks solid and professional. They also accept credit cards with zero processing fees, which made financing the project incredibly easy.My only other complaint is that the final cleanup was lacking. After they left, there was quite a bit of dust and construction debris left behind from the demolition phase that I had to clean up myself. If you hire them, you can expect honest people, fair pricing, and top-tier technical work—just be prepared to double-check the exact day labor begins and keep a broom handy for the end of the job. Updated to 5 stars! They reached out and took responsibility for the mess. I can't fault them for that. Very reasonable company and Juan was a great point of contact. Here are some before and after photos.
Juan was fantastic! His plumbing expertise was evident and he was very communicative and friendly. Part of our job was abnormally difficult but he kept at it until he found a solution. Not only were Juan and Zenith top notch, we got another quote from another well-rated company that was much more expensive and they didn’t seem as skilled! Zenith and Juan are the best plumbers we’ve used. Work with them if you have the chance. We certainly will next time the need arises!
Juan was super responsive and came to our house on a Friday afternoon and finished our project promptly and professionally.
Professional technicians, but extremely overpriced. Zenith charged higher fee just to diagnose the issue and then provided a repair estimate that was far higher than expected. I declined the work and sought another opinion. Another company fixed the problem today for less than Zenith charged for the diagnosis alone. When I raised concerns about the pricing, the owner's response was that they were "outside my price range." That completely missed the point and felt condescending. My concern was not my budget, but the fairness and value of the charges compared to market rates. Given the outcome, I will be pursuing a partial or full refund of the diagnostic fee.
Requested a quote at 8pm, and they responded immediately, and were on site 8am the next morning. Took care of my issue right away, and was upfront about what work he was doing and pricing.
Juan was great! He arrived on time and replaced an old outdoor spigot I was told only needed a small repair. In reality, the entire piece had frozen and broken inside the wall. Juan was quick to find the issue and took pics in the crawl space for me to see. He was also patient explaining clearly why a temporary fix would cause us more issues in the long run. I would definitely hire him and this company again.
