Reviews
Marcelo and his team at Zeus Building and Renovations cut a new, large doorway into a load-bearing wall, replaced the crown moulding in my living room and dining room, and painted my living room, dining room, and kitchen. They worked long days to finish the whole job in 6 days--ahead of schedule. Marcelo has an eye for detail, and the finish product looks great. For example, he salvaged the baseboard he removed to wrap it around the base of the new door frame; he custom-built and stained a wide wood transition strip for the the floor of the new doorway; and the moulding corners are meticulous. Friends who hadn't seen the house before thought the doorway was original. The painting is well done with very crisp lines and clean trim, and Marcelo patched a lot of lines and bumps in the walls so that an old house now looks smooth and new. He cleaned up all the drywall dust so that the house was clean when he left. Marcelo's communication was great, and he sent photo updates of his progress while I was away. His price was fair, and I would hire him again.
Great service, had a screen door installed and it's perfect! Marcelo was so nice, very punctual, and did a great job. Would definitely recommend him!
Fantastic work!
Marcelo did a fantastic job and takes pride in his work. His attention to detail made the project turn out better than I had hoped. I'll definitely use him again for future projects at my house!
