The experience was excellent from start to finish. Harrison arrived for the appointment on time, was very informative, took the necessary pictures and moisture readings, and provided a detailed estimate of what it would cost. I was a little nervous because I was out of town the week he started the restoration. I was able to give him a code to get in, and he was able to complete job. He did an outstanding job demoing and sealing up the space that was having work done. Sanitation process was great. It actually smelled noticeably better when I got home. This was a really great experience with a top notch company. I would definitely use them again without a second thought!
