I've hired a lot of house cleaners over the past 20 years, and I can honestly say this was the best cleaning service I've had. Wendy arrived right on time, communicated well from start to finish, and paid incredible attention to detail. She even cleaned things I wasn't expecting, like the baseboards and the outside of my kitchen window. Every room genuinely felt brand new when she was finished, and she also organized several areas of my home in a much smarter and more functional way than I ever would have thought to do myself. She was professional, friendly, and had such a positive energy that I felt completely comfortable letting her work while I stayed in another room. She stayed for the full two hours I booked, and having a partner with her meant they were able to get even more done without sacrificing quality. If you're on the fence because she's new to Thumbtack, don't be—Wendy absolutely earned this 5-star review. I'll definitely be hiring her again, and maybe next time just to help organize my house!
