ZNC has been an excellent find. Their knowledge of local code eliminated any issues with permitting or the construction being acceptable to the local AHJ. There attention to detail and quality of workmanship is noteworthy. I will definitely hire them again!

Our bathroom floor wasn’t installed properly and was a warped mess. ZNC pulled it all up, fixed the subfloor, leveled it properly and put down new vinyl planks and new trim, and I love it, what an improvement!

Znc Construction did a great job on my bathroom. They were fast and efficient, and responsive to all my questions. They showed up on time and were finished with the rebuild at the promised time. I will be requesting them for future jobs and would completely recommend!

I really enjoyed working with Zach and his team. They were able to provide a quick quote that was very reasonable. They showed up exactly when they said they would. The work was high quality and clean. They did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done. Will higher again when needed.

Zach did an excellent job on refinishing our basement. He worked with us from the beginning on identifying what we wanted and then provided suggestions on how we could make that happen. He was very thorough in providing and keeping to the timeline, and the few occasions where there was a short delay he communicated that information. His work quality was excellent and he was professional at all times. We would highly recommend Zach for any project.

Zach is a phenomenal contractor! To start, he was responsive, proactive, thorough and followed up quickly with concise direction. He walked us through the process to finish our basement from start to finish. He adapted quickly to changes we wanted to make and provided a great value. He ensured everything that was outsourced was done reliable and per code. He also timed the inspections perfectly and was able to finish our basement under budget and under the timeline we had requested. I can’t endorse Zach and his quality of work enough! If you want someone who will go above and beyond your expectations, communicate efficiently and make a construction job a pleasant experience, hire ZNC!

Zach was great to work with. He was friendly and helped us achieve the look we wanted for house. He took care of everything we requested and set a reasonable schedule that he was able to keep. The prices were also reasonable and lower than three other quotes we received through Thumbtack. We will be hiring him again for our future projects.

Zach did a wonderful job on my basement finishing project. He was very organized, professional and communicative throughout the entire project! He would send me weekly (sometimes daily) updates on the project. He also helped me design my space to fit my needs. I highly recommend Zack for any and all projects. Zach will be back to finish the last section of my basement when I’m ready!!!!

Zach was personable and professional. He worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner. He was supported by his father and brother who also work in the business. He stuck to the quote he gave us and even helped us to get a dumpster that would allow us to get rid of some unwanted items around the property. I would recommend him.
