I loved working with Jon and the folks at Zoe. Unlike some others with whom I have worked, Jon actually listened to what I needed and that’s what he delivered! Where others may take every chance to up-sell you, the only up-selling Jon did was when my suggestions were so cheap that they were bound to fail. That’s why I sought out an expert in the first place! Now I know what it will take to get the quality event I envisioned and I skipped all of the go-it-alone expense and failure - priceless. In the future, when I need A/V solutions, I need Zoe Audio Visual!
Jon with Zoe AV was professional and highly skilled. But more importantly, he and his crew were flexible, helpful, patient and gracious. We had a very difficult situation on load-in day and he and his crew patiently and diligently made sure everything was done as quickly and as completely as possible before the opening service. Throughout the week, Jon was not only an excellent technician but a spiritual asset as well, approaching his work as a ministry and encouraging all of us. We would highly recommend Zoe AV for any event, whether corporate or ministry-related. As a former professional audio engineer who worked in both ministries and corporate events, I know it is extremely rare to find companies with this combination of skill, professionalism, and understanding of how ministry events work.
Jon is the best!! He was able to meet all of our requirements. Will look forward to working with him again.
We were very pleased with the entire process and will definitely use them again for our events.
Zoe AV ran a day-long conference for me. They were wonderful - professional, on time, and dedicated to a glitch-free experience. It's clear that a lot of thought and planning goes into their work. We will definitely be using them again.
