At least have the guts to tell someone why you won't quote them in person, and be prepared to offer carper removal options when your company isn't prepared to remove the stained carpet. Other flooring companies have done so, to great help to me.

Reviews
These guys were great and courteous, professional, timely, but they weren't my lowest bid so I did not hire them
Very professional. Arrived on time. I went with another contractor based only on lower price. I would have had no regrets going with Zona Floors. They were very reasonable, just that another contractor had lower price and may have been hungrier for work. I was fully prepared to go with Zona except that another contractor outbid them.
I had them remove old tile and lay LVP. They did a great job.
Incredible experience. Had real oak floors installed throughout entire home. Also had them install herringbone style stone pavers in our mudroom. 1,400 sq ft of new flooring. They were precise in their attention to detail, easy and professional to work with, and efficient. Blown away by how fast it was. 100% will be my flooring guys when I need them again.
Zona floors did a fantastic job on my new flooring. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The Zona flooring team was great to work with, respectful, and the project finished a day early.
the workmanship was great. But they need to work on there communication
Rejected...$4k higher than multiple quotes. There is always a few companies that are looking to take advantage of uninformed customers. My recommendation: Always get 3 or 4 quotes and don’t just rely on good reviews.
They did a great job. Everything looks marvelous. I would use them again. Thank you.
Zona Floors mess up my installation day . Up to the minute they email and text me that installation date was 10/28 just to have the sub contractor Abraham called me and said he was told was 10/29. The 3 guys that came to my home which do not work for Zona Floor did an excellent job
Zona did an excellent job. They were punctual , neat , and reasonably priced.
Our floors look fabulous. I would definitely recommend Zona Floors to anyone thinking about changing out their floors. Have them remove the floors ours were horrible for us to do it on our own. Their pricing was spot on with three other quotes The gentlemen who came in to lay the tiles were on time easy to work with and accommodating to moving our stuff around since we work from home. Zona Floors said the floors would be done in a week and they were. Excellent timing on their part. Love my new floors.
I hired Zona Floors to do the floors in my condo. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. They ensured my floors were even before installing luxury vinyl plank throughout the place. They also were very responsive and answered all my questions. The whole process was quick, and they finished everything in 3 days. Highly recommend.
Zone floors did a great job! Audrey made the process easy for me to pick what I wanted and get the job done ASAP! I will hire them again for my next tile work project
I cannot say enough good things about this company! Tom was excellent in getting my bid to me same day. Prompt & professional response. Excellent value and the work is absolutely outstanding! The workers worked non stop from 8am to 5:00 or 5:30 & only took a 20 minute lunch break. They worked well together, were happy & polite. Do yourself a favor & hire them for your next project. I promise you won’t regret it!
Zona Floors replaced our old porcelain tile, with new 2'x4' tile. Tom (owner) promptly responded to our request for an estimate - and we had a written, thorough estimate ready in a few hours. Our costs never deviated from the original quote, despite the fact that a few challenges were encountered during installation. The crew (Martin and co-worker) was punctual, hard working, and did a quality job. I would recommend Zona Floors to anyone, and Im sure we'll work with them again in the future.
Tom and his team did a great job at our home tiling three bathrooms. From beginning to end they were professional, flexible, did a great job and were priced fairly. Our onsite project manager who was a tiler himself for 30years appraised their work. We will have Tom and his team back again for some additional jobs.
Great and quick service. Came out beautiful.
Martin did an incredible job on our tile and we are so happy with it! He was punctual and always got to the job early in the morning and finished later in the afternoon until the job was done. He took great pride in his work. Thank you Zona Floors we are incredibly excited to move into our new home!
Outstanding from start to finish. We highly recommend Tom and Abraham and his team for your flooring needs. These guys are the real deal. Professional, clean and so efficient. Hardest workers we have ever had Replaced existing flooring with Laminate. Replaced all of the baseboards with 5.5" Painted with swiss coffee. We had other estimates and time frames..so thankful we went with Zona!! We couldn't be happier! Absolutely incredible and all rooms done including moving furniture and clean up in 2 days!!! Thank you so much and God Bless you and your families.
