My experience with Zoom Drain was relieving. I was so overwhelmed that I was in tears when I reached out for help. Zoom Technicisn Connor showed up and he was great. He explained what he needed to do and what the outcome would be. He cleaned up after and gave me information on how to prevent this issue in the future. In the end I was smiling g and relieved.

To fucking high 1000 dollars to replace a garage disposal, I pay $200 for a new disposal and install
The appointment was scheduled free of cost assessment. The issues resolved without visit and I canceled the appointment. But everything seems smooth
the guys came quickly and fixed the issue no worries. I took off a star because after clearing the outside drain, they left human feces in my brand new empty garage can, not in a bag in the can, directly in the new empty can. because we didn't need to use the can I was unaware for two days. when I finally did open the can, I seen their work gloves, feces and maggots. i have to throw away the can I only had two days, because its so nasty, and buy a new one for $90. they should of been more professional when disposing of their waste.

The service professional was on time, extremely pleasant, and pinpointed the issue with no problem. The office was extremely efficient in setting up the appointment, and notifying me about arrival time. I was truly impressed and would hire ahain, and refer their services.
They immediately reached out after submitting my request for repair of a clogged drain and did an excellent job. I hired them to do another job after that and they did an excellent work.

I scheduled service around 11 AM and was given an arrival window between 2–6 PM. No one showed up. I called multiple times between 6, 7, and 8 PM and was repeatedly told that the technician was “on the way” or would arrive shortly. No one ever came, and no one proactively contacted me to explain the delay. This was an active sewer backup situation, and because of the no-show, I had to urgently find another plumber late in the evening. Very poor communication and unreliable scheduling. If you can’t meet the promised time window, customers should be informed honestly instead of being given repeated false assurances.

It was more expensive than I was expecting for the work done (snaking a drain - $435). But the guy I worked with was very helpful and even showed me where the blockage likely happened - there was a dip in one of the pipes in the basement where the water likely settled
Talked to them three times. Each time, they told me an estimator would call me. Never happened. Garbage.

They came out the same day to fix a badly clogged garbage disposal. The office was very professional and quick to schedule the appointment. The service technician was confident, friendly, and solved the problem very quickly without using too much technical jargon or any shady behavior.

I was being proposed a very expensive solution $250 for declogging and $900 to replace Here is what I did after getting that outrageous quote. Bought $10 equipment from Amazon and fixed it. Also the service technician told that Allen key for the base will be $115 and I got it for $10 along with declogger. I am so glad that I declined the service. For sure I am not using this service ever
