I used the app on a Saturday to try and find someone to come out and look at my toilet. Zoom reached out right away and I got someone out Monday morning. Plumber came and told me my rim jets needed cleaning and for $189 he could clean them. Seemed really expensive for a toilet cleaning. Later he told me he couldn't clean them but needed me to pay the $189 to close the ticket. Then told me I needed a new toilet that would be $850. I have set plenty of toilets. I live in TX. I could buy air fare fly to orange county. Buy a $150 toilet and set it myself for less than $850. This company price gouges like you wouldn't believe. I still can't believe I paid $189 for someone to TRY and clean my toilet but not clean it. Go with another company.

Zoom Drain responded to our request very quickly. Chris showed up the next day and we showed him our issue with our clogged kitchen sink. He was able to snake it and clear the issue in under an hour. He was extremely professional and gave us recommendations for future treatments if needed. Would highly recommend. Thank you Chris!

Excellent and honest customer service.
Couldn't fix the problem. Asked for payment anyways. Got their line stuck and just cut it and left w/o telling me. So now on top of my backed up lines there's additionally a hose in my pipes. Basically I'm left in a worse situation then when they started.
I had a clogged p trap line for pool backwash and Johnny was able to assess the issue and provide options to fix it. He did a great job explaining the two options and worked hard to clear the line. He was very professional and informative as he explained a lot about the service and possible issues with cast iron piping. Overall, the clog was cleared and I am very happy with the service.
