I had a clogged toilet while an AirBnB guest was there. Zoom Drain was the first to respond to my request and was able to get onsite relatively quickly. However their price was astronomical. They charged ~$800 to jet snake the toilet. I have multiple Short term rentals so have had this issue on other occasions. Zoom Drain was easily double any other vendor I’ve used.

Really appreciated them responding very quickly. Brad, service manager, was courteous and professional. The techs that showed up were the same. Also liked the 1 year warranty on work. My only issue was prices. Zip recruiter and Homewyse have wax ring replacement price ranges from $125 to $350. We paid $520. Recommend getting multiple quotes unless an emergency.

I contacted Zoom Drain in April because I found a leak under my kitchen sink. They were quick to respond and prompt for their appointment. I didn’t write a review because I was just in shock at how much they charged. They changed a pvc pipe and we’re here less than 30 minutes. It was over $500! I was just glad the leak was fixed. But here we are 2 months later and I discovered there is still a leak coming from the pipe they replaced. I called last Monday, June 24. They would not give me an appointment. Told me they were super busy and would send someone if there was a cancellation. By Friday I called again and still I had to argue with them to give me an appointment. I got a text yesterday confirming today’s appointment but no one came. I called three times and I was told they were on their way from Philadelphia and they would call me. No one called and no one came. They had me waiting all afternoon. They should stand behind their work and be willing to follow up if needed. It’s really disappointing. I could have had this fixed last week if they hadn’t given me the runaround. Really unprofessional and unacceptable.
These guys were awesome. They figured out the issue, right away. They fixed it, right away and made sure there weren't any other issues with the clog in my showe. All is well. Thank you.
Professional but I think prices were a bit high
$480 to remove my toilet and find out what’s going on and unclog it.
They were prompt, did an amazing job was very happy, with the work that they did, and they cleaned up after themselves very happy with the service, and I will definitely call them with any future needs
Both plumbers that were here were friendly, fast, and incredibly professional. Would recommend.
