Reviews
Zoom Drain team gave a clear estimate of the work and performed the job as quoted and professionally.
They did a great job. Responded quickly & fixed the issue in a timely manner. They were also respectful of our space, making sure to put down rugs and used rags to clean up extra water that may have spilled. Total time was less than 15 minutes for them to fix the issue. If you’re in need for help give them a call.
Problem solved
I was expecting them to arrive earlier. Also, I thought the price for the work was too high.
When I put in my information of what I need done I received a call from a rep. And I explained what is going on at my house. I told her I live in Kansas City, MO but my son lives in my home which is in Lexington, Ky. I gave her my son's name and his phone number so they can call him to set up an appointment. So, my appointment was scheduled for the next day between 4pm to 6pm. I received a call and the call dropped. With that being said I talked to a gentleman and he said that information was not in his system. They tried calling me but it was not true. He called and the call dropped and he never returned the call and they moved on to their next appointment and said that they are closed. First lie was that the information was not in the system. Which I had to put the information in so they would know where to go. Second lie, they moved on to their next appointment and my son's appointment was 4pm to 6pm. And the gentleman called me very late so my son's appointment was the last appointment. I know one thing I will not call this company again. So, I went to a different company.
