I was hopeful for a better experience. i spoke with ZD several times trying to get a ballpark of what clearing a single simple drain line would be. I was assured there would be no charge to come out and give us a quote. Having seen other companies charge 50$ I went ahead and agreed. The first time they didn’t show their tech ran way long beyond the allotted several-hour window. The second time they didn’t show they called the morning of to say the tech’s car had broken down. They finally showed on the third try and the techs were very nice and professional. He took one look at the drain and said he had to charge their base service fee that was over 100$. If he’d said 50,60, maybe even 65 i would have been a tad bothered but would have gone ahead. At over 100$ i told him how frustrated i was because i had tried multiple times to get even an IDEA of the cost and all the office would say is that “we’ll tell you when we come out”. The tech was very understanding of my frustration and I felt bad to not move forward when they were already here, but after all that transpired up until that point on top of the outrageous price I saw him to the door. I then proceeded to look up online how it needed to be done and it took me no more than 10 minutes. Not a bad deal if you can get someone to pay you over 100$ for something that only takes 10 minutes, but they’ve lost one customer because of it. Ridiculous
The person who came out knew what he was doing and explained everything very well. He fixed the problem.
Shawn the plumber was great. Took care of our slow drain issue in our kitchen in a timely manner and even came out on a Sunday at no extra charge. Great company and reasonably priced. Thanks again!
Fairly good experience overall. I had an underground gutter that clogged, they came the same day, gave me a quote that was a little expensive for the difficulty and speed of the job, but not crazy (~$650 for an hour or less, no parts). They dug up the outlet (about 1 square foot, 8 inches deep), blew out the clog, and then attempted to affix a white plastic grating over the drain to prevent dirt/rock reflux back inside, but the grating didn't fit. I would have preferred the answer be "Sorry, this one won't fit but we will get the correct one." or reduced price. Unfortunately it was more like "This one doesn't fit but we can just put some rocks over it." It seemed like the quote included the plastic grating they attempted to install and then did not, but the price was unchanged; so that was the only disappointing part. Otherwise very fast and successful work.

Arrived promptly and described what he felt the problem was. Proceeded to fix the issue at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Zoom and would use again.
I called Zoom Drain on behalf of my mother-in-law because her husband had just passed. The drain in her sink was leaking. Zoom Drain charged her $351 to reseal the drain, a task that took 45 minutes from the time they arrived until their departure. No one should be taken advantage of like this, especially a woman of her age.
IF I COULD GIVE EVEN A WORSE RATING I WOULD! THREE USELESS VISITS WITH THE ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED $800 LATER WHICH BY THE WAY INCLUDED IS FULL INSPECTION FEE! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
Pro: Technician was great and got the job done! Con: Almost $300 just for him run an electric snake which easily cleared the blockage.

Our “technician” showed up an hour late and didn’t come in with any tools. Once he got here, he didn’t seem like he knew much about HVAC systems. He didn’t inspect or use a flashlight to look around. He just took a couple glances and said everything looks fine. We’re now about a week later and my HVAC system just shut off and we think it’s related to the original problem that I called for which was a backed up condenser pipe so now I have to call another HVAC person. He was a very nice guy, though that’s why I’m giving two stars instead of just one.
Zoom Drain and plumbers Shawn and Jayden are awesome. I had a sewage Oder in my basement that two other master plumbers could not identify or repair. Shawn and Jayden found the problem and repaired it in about 1 hour! Professional, and respectful. Great job and great service. Highly recommend!
Great quality professionaism work and responsive on time
Incredible experience with Zoom Drain! They found and fixed a major sewage line break (caused by a third party) with unbelievable speed and professionalism. They dug nearly 9 feet deep, coordinated with everyone involved, and had the job done in two days. They truly went above and beyond. Saving us from weeks of displacement. I highly recommend Zoom Drain for anyone who needs fast, expert, and honest plumbing work.

Honest, fair, reasonable, and FAST. I had a clog that I just couldn’t clear out in my basement on my own. My technician was Saul and I can’t speak more highly of him and the service I received. He was humble and professional, but most importantly he didn’t try to upsell me on any unnecessary services, and he was blunt in a good way about the maintenance I should be doing as a home owner and the replacements I will probably need over the next 5-10 years. He found the problem immediately, executed his course of action, and had everything working better than it had previously within a little over an hour and a half. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain and Saul in particular!
