Show up for their appointment, or least call and inform the customer that they won't be able to come that day. then reschedule. have not heard back from the tech or a follow up with the company. at this point would not recommend them at all. very disatisfied.

They came the next morning and got the job done. I'm very happy.
on time, on point fantastic personality and job well done.
Very pleasant and did great work. Arrived the same day as requested!! Thank you!
Zoom provided an estimate from photos, which no other plumber was willing to do. When Ethan arrived we talked about my multiple plumbing problems and he gave me a quote. Ethan came back two days later and completed all the plumbing we agreed to for the agreed upon price. Very happy with Zoom! Would highly recommend.
He was on time and estimated exactly what was wrong and gave us options on how to fix it.
We had such an amazing experience getting our pipe fixed! They were transparent with pricing and did the job wonderfully.
Both Bramdon & Drew are very personable. my appt window 8-12. They arrived at 2pm. Had a simple clogged Drain call. They gave me an estimate over 17k. That is not a typo 17k. That didn't fly they dropped down to $1700 just to remove the clog. Wow! The sales pitch and exaggerated pricing left a very bad 1st impression. An extreme waste of my time. Huge over pricing with big sales pitch to upsell.
Provided great and honest feedback. I appreciate the professionalism and speedy feedback.
Fixed issue and gave advice to prevent and a solution for future. Thanks
Great company to work with. They were genuine in their concern for our situation and helped to quickly get us taken care of. All employees were knowledgeable, kept us informed of what was needed and what they were doing. And they were very kind and respectful to us.
Nathan provided excellent service from start to finish! The team was professional, on time, and did high quality work. I was very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend them.
Beware of the bill at the end they charged me $390 for a clogged drain that took 5 minutes to unclog. Unfortunately I would not recommend them. They were nice guys and customer service was great.
Amazing plumbing service. I will recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.
Austin showed up in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable regarding my concern. He was very professional and polite. I would use Zoom Drain in the future.
He managed to fix my main line so quick and efficiently.
