Excellent service from Doug! Doug came out to fix our bathroom sink drain issue and was outstanding from start to finish. He quickly identified the problem, explained the issue, clearly explained the options, and then fixed the drain in just a few minutes. Professional, efficient, and immediately got to the task in hand— exactly the kind of plumber you hope for. Highly recommend!

Had all-around good experience, would recommend them highly
Doug provided absolutely excellent customer service. He is a knowledgeable, respectful, and professional gentleman. Moving forward, Doug will be my choice for plumbing issues.
Doug came right on time within the scheduled time frame, and his demeanor was excellent. He talked me through the process of what was going on with my bathroom sink while he worked on it. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Doug, and God bless you!
I had a great experience with Zoom Line! Ryan really stood out from the other companies I received quotes from because he took the time to use a camera to properly identify the problem before giving me a reasonable quote. The others gave me much higher estimates without even inspecting the line. Ryan and Doug came out the same day and did an excellent job. They kept me informed throughout the process, carefully handled the excavation near the park/easement, repaired and tested the sewer line, and restored the area so well you could hardly tell they had been there. I also want to thank Allison in the office for being so helpful and answering all of my questions. Great customer service from everyone! Hopefully I never need sewer line work again, but if I do, Zoom Line will be my first call. Highly recommend!

Doug came to see my problem on a Sunday morning and reassessed my problem with a solution that saved me thousands of dollars and time!
