As a Realtor for a property; a seller said all outlets were ok per his tool but home inspector found issue so for buyers safety I found Zosha & she was able to come on short notice in between appointments and found several faulty outlets & fixed them all after checking every outlet plus other electrical issues and made recommendations. Zosha shows up , keeps up on communication, looks up the specs, requires & takes no time to bs about anything. She listens carefully and asks you questions, thinks about what the job will entail, comes back to you to make suggestions or show you how it is going to be. She is flexible, careful, does all work to code and has excellent professional work standards of cleanliness, politeness and presence. No obnoxious details. A pleasure to have her working in your home. I have hired her back and have referred her to friends looking for electricians.

Zosha was great! We had some electrical work that I thought would be small and I could do it myself. It ended up being a different story after speaking with Zosha and wouldn’t have been safe.
