It's nice (and unusual) to deal with a company who is a little ahead of time for work. They listened to what I needed done and did it in an amazing period of time. I will definitely use them again.
The only downside was that the price increased once they arrived. (By 30%) Other than that it was a job well done. I would recommend and use them again without hesitation.
Fabulous response time. I needed two pieces of furniture removed and he was able to do it same day. Nice man and very professional. Communication could have been a bit better to understand that the quote did not include disposal so that fee had to be added on. Instead of the $75 quoted, it was $100. I didn’t mind paying but would have liked to know the total cost prior.
I made arrangements on line for a 7:00 pm appointment. Tony arrived a little earlier. Because I had underestimated the size of my load, he explained carefully why it would cost a little more than the estimate. He and his associate worked efficiently and left my place clean and immediately usable. They were gone within an hour. He is personable and has a sense of humor.
I have used Zuguzu before and I have been very pleased his work.

Be specific on what jobs they actually do I even specified what work I needed done only to have them come an hour ahead and charged 3 times the quoted estimate
I rated my service "Poor" as the worker was very punctual and professional, however, I clearly stated in my project details that I have a pile of sticks/branches that needed to be picked up along with the material in the garage. Upon arrival, I was told that he would not be removing the sticks/branches. I'll now have to pay somebody else to remove them.
