“I fully expected the "hard sell" on requiring testing and remediation service since Dry Effect conducts both testing and remediation. I was pleasantly surprised when Nick conducted a thorough inspection and upon finding no evidence (smell and visual) of mold growth, recommended no further testing/remediation. It's refreshing to find an honest company that puts the customer before profitability. I would not hesitate to use Dry Effect in any future need, and to recommend them to friends.”

“What impressed us most was not only the quality of their workmanship, but also their professionalism, responsiveness, communication, and transparency. They kept my wife and me informed throughout the process and made sure we understood what needed to be done and why. That level of communication gave our family confidence that the job was being handled properly. From start to finish, Precision Abatement Pros treated our home and our concerns with professionalism and respect. We are extremely satisfied with the finished work and grateful for the effort their team put into restoring our property. If you're dealing with water damage, mold, or the aftermath of a major home issue, I would definitely recommend giving Precision Abatement Pros, LLC an opportunity to help. They delivered excellent service and, most importantly, gave us peace of mind during a very stressful situation.”

“While this has been a terrible situation with my landlord, Mike sure made this air quality testing easy for us and we greatly appreciate it.”
