“I fully expected the "hard sell" on requiring testing and remediation service since Dry Effect conducts both testing and remediation. I was pleasantly surprised when Nick conducted a thorough inspection and upon finding no evidence (smell and visual) of mold growth, recommended no further testing/remediation. It's refreshing to find an honest company that puts the customer before profitability. I would not hesitate to use Dry Effect in any future need, and to recommend them to friends.”

“My experience with Precision Abatement Pros has been great and the GM, Stacey is very knowledgeable, an expert in the water, lead, asbestos and restoration business. He's honest and educates you, as a customer about the issue you're faced with, along with the service and solutions the company provides. He has excellent customer service skills, punctuality and the response time took less than 5 minutes. They're on it! I would definitely call them again, if I needed water or any other restoration services without question.”

“They did so well on the first job, I hired them again! I am extremely satisfied with the work they have done, so give them a try. I’m sure you’ll be pleased too!”

“I called around for quotes and immediately knew I wanted Mike for the job. He was very upfront and honest about the process and how he was going to test our air quality since we have visible mold through the place we rent. Mike even went out of his way to squeeze us in and get our test completed quickly. I look forward to hiring out Mike for all my future endeavors with mold. While this has been a terrible situation with my landlord, Mike sure made this air quality testing easy for us and we greatly appreciate it.”
