“I hired ILV contracting for asbestos and lead paint removal; and was very happy with their service. Lucky was responsive and professional. He took time to explain the process and always paid attention to the safety and quality of work. I highly recommend ILV Contracting.”

“They also tested for moisture. The remediation itself, which was in the basement crawlspace, was a well-coordinated operation. It felt like we had a project manager from the beginning; they came in and laid out expectations for what they would do and how they would do it. We assumed that they would have to carry the garbage up the stairs and out the back door, but they determined that the more efficient/cleaner method would be to transport it through the basement window. Their priority seemed to be keeping our home clean, preventing contamination and leaving no trace of their work. Overall they did a great job and kept us at ease through the whole process.”

“John was right on time and explained the issues involved in checking for mold. He recommended an air test to verify if mold was present.”

“Very professional, knowledgeable and timely - will surly use again and recommend their services in the future .”
