“After getting three estimates, I chose AVU Heating & Air—and it was absolutely the right decision. As a local, veteran-owned business, they stood out immediately for their fair pricing, rapid response time, and overall professionalism. Josh came out the very next day, walked me through everything in detail, showed me exactly what was going on, and gave me the information I needed to make a confident decision. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, AJ, who reinforced why this company operates at such a high level—he runs his business the right way. Where AVU truly exceeded expectations, however, was with the installation team—Stephen and Leo. They arrived promptly and worked all day tackling a very challenging install. My old unit was not easy to remove, and modifications had to be made to fit the new system into the existing space. They handled every obstacle with professionalism, precision, and a level of care you don’t see often. Stephen and Leo went above and beyond—taking their time to do the job right, maintaining a clean workspace throughout the entire process, and making sure everything was done to perfection before they left. They were respectful, hardworking, and clearly take pride in their craft. Even my senior cat and new dog approved of them— and they were so kind to them all day. The Supervisor Brandon was kind, respectful, and fixed my broken door handle while I was working and didn’t’ notice he didn’t. From start to finish, the entire process took just two days—from my initial message late on a Sunday night to a fully installed system. That level of responsiveness and execution is rare. Top-notch company. Top-notch team. Highly recommend.”

“Very thorough on what steps would be taken and how effective the testing and results would be to report issues with our rental company. Very helpful and professional throughout the process, and I highly recommend them.”

“I called Radon1 to install a fan to help reduce levels. When they arrived and installed the fan, they noticed that the vent hadn't been sunk into the foundation like it should. They followed up with another visit at no extra cost, and fixed it very quickly. I was promised near-ambient Radon levels; so far their word hold good! Zac and Kyle were very pleasant to work with, and I can recommend their services with confidence.”

“The air quality samples they took upon completion were pristine, most of my stuff is salvageable, and though I still have a daunting amount of repair work to do, I’m sitting comfortably in my home right now typing this review, grateful to God and to Hugh and Brian of Pure Home Complete. They deserve your business. Sincerely, John B.”
