“We had a ground squirrel infestation and after an inspection by Hero Pests Control found out that rats had also been using the ground squirrels’ tunnels. They gave us a quote, were responsive when I reached out to set up a time for the work, and have been back a couple times to check the work and look for new activity. We have a one year follow up contract and they have been coming out whenever we notice new tunnels as well as the regular checks they provide. They are quick to respond and have been able to come out within days of reaching out.”

“King Pests Control sent Liam Cuta, sales manager and a worker to spray my house for ants . Although 90 min late, they completed the work quickly in 30 minutes, provided detailed instructions on how to prevent recurrences of the ant infestation, and a 45 day guarantee during which time they promised to come back to eradicate ants again without charge. Also discounted service of $150 After that warranty period of 90 days expires. As I have been trying unsuccessfully to use antero bait, which works for a few days and then the ants come back, I’m hoping that this will more adequately treat the nests. We’ll see.”
