“It had been a while since we had a professional check our crawl space and exterior for insects and rodents… Hero pest control gave us the peace of mind we were looking for, and we got a thorough insect treatment while we were at it. They even followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy with the outcome. With that said, there were some communication issues during the scheduling process, and there was a bit of a language barrier with the crew (nothing too difficult to work through).”

“They were able to come over the next day and seal our crawl space that had a big rat nest with rodents in our walls. They were very thorough about removing all droppings and urine traces (which can attract new rats) and to seal off all possible entries and exits. Then we waited until the rats and mice got desperate enough to go for the baits in the traps and we caught them all. They came back several times to inspect and close some additional gaps. If you have a big problem with rats or mice then I would definitely recommend them.”
