“Cant imagine doing this job (crawl spaces, rodents, ants, wasps, spiders) so to always have kind, thorough, polite technicians is a testament to a good caring company that is also always dependable!”

“Santanas Insulation LLC, specifically Elio and Santiago, provided excellent service for our raccoon exclusion and attic remediation at White Center. They were highly responsive, arriving within a day of contact. Their inspection was thorough and professional—they identified issues others had missed, wore proper protective gear, and provided a fair, itemized estimate with clear service tiers. After we selected them, they completed the work in three to four hours, including sealing roof openings, installing exterior mesh, and sanitizing the attic. Their before-and-after documentation was detailed. While we handled animal eviction separately, their attic and insulation work was excellent and professional throughout.”

“We hired Attic Projects for our crawl space insulation, attic mold remediation, and pest control projects that we had at the house. It's the least visible thing in our home remodeling thus far, but the benefits of the crawlspace insulation and all the ductwork being resealed and wrapped were felt immediately. I think the savings on our energy bill will be noticeable. I will have Attic Projects back at the house to help us vent our new micro-hood combo when we start remodeling the kitchen. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process was a pleasure to work with.”
