“We recently replaced our roof and ended up discovering mold in our attic from fans that had been vented incorrectly. Since I knew absolutely nothing about mold remediation, I reached out to a few companies for estimates. First, I called a few franchises that popped up on my Google search. Then I found Mitigation X and spoke with Chris, the owner. Right away, I could tell he was different from the franchise companies I had already talked to. He explained everything in simple, non-technical terms and made sure I actually understood what was going on instead of trying to overwhelm me. When I shared my franchise quotes with him, and he immediately noticed extra charges that shouldnt have been there. One franchise even inflated their estimate by more than $10,000. That alone told me everything I needed to know. I felt far more comfortable and confident speaking with Chris and Mitigation X than I ever did with the franchises. Id absolutely recommend them to anyone needing remediation work. If I ever have another issue in the future, Mitigation X will be my first and only call.”

“The guys did a great job! Very knowledgeable about mold and how to deal with it! Had reports on mold and asbestos before starting job. Very professional when removing floors, affected paneling, cabinets, etc. and hauling away all trash and cleaning EVERYTHING each day! Would hire them again if needed! Highly recommend them!!”

“I got some popcorn ceiling removed from them since it was made in the 70s and contained asbestos. Very professional and their price was better than any other company. I highly recommend Altura!”

“The installers were professional and the work quality top-notch.”

“Our renovation required asbestos abatement and mold mitigation. They made me feel comfortable that the work would be done properly, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Many thanks!”

“I had a great experience using SDU Catastrophe for mold remediation. Spencer was professional, on time, and knowledgeable. He finished the work quickly and explained everything clearly. The total cost was fair and matched the original estimate. I feel better already and feel my home is healthier now. I highly recommend their work to anyone in the area!”
